I picked this one because I loved the song!!!

as far as copyright laws go...
Wrong:
- Used the entire song
- Too many pics
- No citation of pictures or music

Right:
- The video clip used was less than three minutes and cited
- The purpose and character of use was good
- It doesn't reduce the value of the music, pictures, and video clip on the market
- The goals of the movie stayed in line with the goals of the music and pictures used.

Ways to fix the wrongs:
- Pay to use the song, or get one from a site with approved music, or only use 10% or 30 secs (whichever is shorter)
- Make sure the pictures come from multiple sources
- Cite the sources of pictures and music

Wrong-
- No Citation
- Pictures may or may not have been legitimately acquired
- If from the same source...too many pictures

Right-
- Inspiration of one individual
- Purpose and character of the use was good
- Nature of the pictures were appropriately used
- The value of the pictures on the market were not effected

Correction-
- Clearly cite sources for pictures
- Use no more than 3 pictures form the same source
- Look to sites, such as creative commons to find legitimate pictures.
